Tanggung Jawab
- Build a relationship by proactively communicate with existing or potential real estate agents through phone calls or visit to achieve business prospect and goals
- Educate real estate agents by conduct a product knowledge or training to an existing agent periodically to refresh knowledge of Premier’s product
- Assist agent to handle the administration and documentation aspect after customer booking
- Assist agent to handle closing fee and commission as agreed with the real estate agency
- Provide timely regular and accurate reporting as an agent coordinator
- Premier Estate 3, Kranggan, Bekasi
Persyaratan
Pengalaman:
1 Tahun- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Marketing/Advertising/Public Relations/Business Administration or related field
- Fresh graduates or 1-year related working experience, esp. in Real Estate
- Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to think creatively
- Highly motivated, high attention to detail, able to prioritize demands under tight deadline
- Excellent written and verbal communications in Bahasa and English
- Willing to be employed as Freelancer
