- Produce and share productivity performance reports
- Give feedback regularly on productivity performance
- Track the progress of the feedback given to the region and produce/share the reports
- Identify low-productivity branch and run spot inspection and validation
- Produce/share comprehensive diagnosis reports and give feedback
- Track the progress of the feedback given to the region and produce/share the reports
- Produce/share productivity progress reports
- Hyper-care new branch (training manpower and setting up the sales operation)
Persyaratan
Pengalaman:
3 Tahun- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Minimal have 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Never absence/alpha without any valid evidence
- Required Skill(s): Route To Market, Sales Management, Business Development
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
